1. Product Order Cancellation

Users may cancel a product order only before the order status is marked as “Out for Delivery” or “Dispatched.” If a cancellation request is received within the permitted timeframe, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed in accordance with The River Kart’s applicable Refund Policy.

Once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

2. Service and Appointment Cancellation

Once a service or appointment is booked and confirmed, the concerned service provider is notified to deliver the service at the agreed date, time, mode, and location.

Once a service or appointment is confirmed, no refund shall be issued in the event of cancellation by the User.
